Well as Hallowen approaches I realized I only had like 10 days left to get this done and in a scramble and with no real building experience i figured I might as well get it done. Its more based of the cartoon proton pack. Still needs a few touch ups but for about $100, 6 hours and no experience building stuff I think it's not to bad. Just thought i would throw a pic up.
