Why can't you ship internationally?

Every time I ship something overseas, someone either argues about the shipping cost beforehand, complains about it after winning and tries to “negotiate,” or (in one case) tries to clean the item, ruins it, and wants a refund!

So, I don't ship internationally anymore.
