in the next gen version, across from the stairs to the basement (next to Venkman's office) there's a window into a storeroom, you can see it in there along with Ecto-1A's doors

As Jay_Tigran said look through the window, it's leaning against the back wall. It took me forever to see them as it was a brightness issue.
