I was listening to C24C's version of “Super Mario Bros.” and they sound exactly like the guys who sing the GB Ska song! Download it off Audiogalaxy. The GB ska version is “Ska - Ghostbusters”.

Is that the same song that's on KAZAA? Just wondering.

There are many Ska Covers of the GB Theme. Actually, I believe that there are only three to date that ever got produced. One is by Attaboy Skip which is the more accurate beginning one. The second is by Rasmus which starts of with a child saying “Hello” and the third one is by some band called Drowning Penguins or something Penguins and it starts off with them talking like they are the GB's (and failing miserably, I may add. “EKG Meter”? Spare me…) there is also one By Jimmy Black which isn't ska, one by Xentrix that is a “death metal version” and one or two others that I haven't heard yet. Hope this helps-

The Distorted Penguins live version from U92 is branded “ska”, but I don't think it sounds like ska - well, that's just my opinion.

If you want to hear it, go to my site http://www.egon.spengler.as called PKE Online and listen to those 99 Ghostbusters song versions. Nice collection, eh?

Shameless advertise @;8-)

i have some different bands on my computer that did the GB cover. theyre live versions, and from bands youve probley never heard of before. i have to pull them off the server before i can tell them to you.

in case youre wondering, 2-3 years ago, i just spent most of my time on Napster looking for these. it was kinda hard to find, and download, because the jags with the slow, crappy modems had them.
