Oh. I guess it's not the one I was thinking of. In the one that I'm thinking of there's a ghost who looks just like that who brings a bunch of ghosts to the firehouse and I'm not thinking of Buster the Ghost. It was definatly from the later seasons. And there was a ghost toilet.
