I saw Harry Potter yesterday...

Yep, I'll admit it, I'm a teenage guy and I watched it (even better, I've read the four books).

I'm not going to say much about the movie, don't want to spoil it for others or give away some of the little problems likely the fans of HP will have with the movie.

For anyone who isn't planning on seeing the movie, let me tell you it's interesting. You can get pulled in by the ‘magic society’ set up. I suppose that is a lot like Ghostbusters; GB started out with the fact that ‘there are ghosts’ then could play around with it, try to explain different things about the supernatural and how ghosts could be captured. In Harry Potter there is a great, and quite believabe (well, you know what I mean when I say believabe) society of wizards, and what they can and can't do with magic powers makes sense.

Don't be ashamed. I am a teenager too and I've read all the books and am looking forward to the fifth. I don't see why harry potter is for younger kids anyways, I mean harry himself is what? 15 years old. Besides, I'd kill for tickets to c the movie.
by the way, u from canada?

Yeah? I'm almost 26 and read all the books. I even wrote a Potter/RGB crossover. Wanna see it? http://www.egon.spengler.as

Can't say the kids acted all too well, but what can you ask for, really…

I just read your crossover story, it's quite something! Peter being a wizard was quite something (deffinately the biggest surprise I've ever encountered in Ghostbusters).

I saw it, not too bad. Read none of the books, but I might give it a go now. It did have a slightly Ghostbuster-esqu feel to it. (I'm sure I just made that word up)

Harry Potter sucks… soooo stupid! Why can't Harry just die at the end!? Then it would be PERFECT!!!
