Ebay doesn't seem to really follow there own rules with the prop replicas. They've had hundreds of fake prop replicas from Back to the Future and they've never actually done anything the pull them off.
Also considering the hundereds of unliscenced x-files props, and Power Ranger props (which are casted off the toys or actual props to create a replica, the guy has been selling these for YEARS in mass production).
