I know it's highly unlikely, but let's say that not too far in the future (A few years, maybe.), someone other than Aykroyd and Ramis decided to write GB III, and someone else other than Reitman or Ramis decided to direct it. I doubt any of the original cast would have big parts in it. They'd probably just have cameos, and the movie would follow the adventures of a new Ghostbusters crew.
Would you still go see it? Do you think it'd be good?

My main 2 reasons why Dan shouldn't be the one to write GB3.. Like said above, GB2's script was recycled from the first movie (very creative.. not).. Also, Dan has just simply lost his touch in his old age with writing a good movie script (Blues Brothers 2000).
Let me make a comparison about changning writers to make a better 3rd movie.. Scary Movie. Most of us loved the first one, thought it was hilarious. It was written by the Wayans Bros. Then the second one came out, didn't like it.. *starts to gag*.. that one was written by the Wayans to.. Now there's a 3rd one.. It is awesome.. *started to wonder how the Wayans did so much better with this one*.. Then found out the Wayans had nothing to do with it!!! Wasn't it Kevin Smith? Well, whoever it was did a whole lot better than the previous sequal.
