If GB3 is made, what logo should they go with?

I was just trying to be different, everybody has munipulated the ghost in one way or another, I thought it would be cool to play with the whole thing…but I do see your point.(*peter)

I never said anything bad about the logo. I just said i wouldnt want the 3 fingers on the logo. I think yours is great.

Im with alot of people when they say “I prefer the Ghost NOT to have three fingers for obvious reasons!” Though the other half of me agrees with others that want to either slightly or give the Logo a undated feel. I myself would personally go with the orginal premises of the logo. It is after all a world known icon for one thing. For me it's one of those 50/50 subjects, if it's revamped and it seems to do the logo justice, sure go with it, but then again like so many others have stated why fix something that isn't broken?

Call me crazy but what if they just added a cubed sign to the original? (you know, the little 3) I wouldn't put it on the uniforms or anything but it could work for posters and coffee mugs and what not. (mmm… Ghostbusters shwag… )

They should use the original logo and not call the movie “Ghostbusters III.” They should go along the lines of the Batman movies (Batman Returns, The Dark Knight, etc) and give it a better title, based on the story. “Ghostbusters 2010” or something like that.

I agree that they should definately use the original logo but I disagree about the title. They should call it GHOSTBUSTERS III. Firstly, it's apparently a sequel which they are working on and not a remake and secondly the title “GHOSTBUSTERS III” works in keeping with the previous two films. Like the logo, there's just no reason to mess with it.

Yeah, there's no real reason to change it. The reason they changed Batman's was because of the awful “Batman & Robin” that forced the series to be rebooted.

As far as I know, Beverly Hills Cop IV is keeping the title. If they are keeping the “IV” in the title, then Ghostbusters 3 can go ahead and be called “GHOSTBUSTERS III”. No need for a reboot or anything.
