what i'm saying is will gb3 (if its made) keeps the home charm of the 80s or be labeled anuther teen movie?

Good question, and the answer is NO. If Dan and Harold write it, it will definatly have the same style as the first two. With better effects of course. :s

Agreed. I think it'd be a nice thing to let the modern age slip in in a basic “damn, times sure have changed Spengs…” kind of way, but otherwise, keep the guys and atmosphere as they were.

I can promise you that Sony would modernize the movie to death. Look at it this way. One of the reasons that Sony doesn't want to greenlight GB3 is because it'll be like the other films only with older versions of the character. They would want to be sure that the film appealed to younger audiences and therefore they'd screw it up. I don't know how much Aykroyd and Ramis could fight off the studio.
