Haven't you ever thought something like that when watching a movie? You know you watch a movie with ghosts in it and you just say to yourself, “Now if the Ghostbusters were there, the problem would be over with already.”

The Ghostbusters were there in Casper (well Stantz was) it did not stop them, However I thought is was the best cameo in the Movie “Who you gonna call? Somebody else!!”

this may make me sound… unusual… but what about Sailor Moon? Follow these steps:
1) Unhook thrower from pack
2) Switch power to “On”
3) Turn all power adjustment knobs to full blast
4) Nuke whatever Negaverse creature didn't die on the first blow.

I curse that Casper movie every time anyone mentions it just for that very reason.
Okay, Stanz was by himself. Well, assuming everyone else was there, too, then they could have taken care of the job. If not … then, well, Stanz made the right move. Still, he could have handled the situation more gracefully…

Any halloween special involving Michael Jackson. Most any monster related movie too… Mimic maybe, Species (heh), maybe even Tremors at times. The House On Haunted Hill could have very easily been Ghostbusters 3. Man that would of kicked some serious ass.
