If or When GB3 comes out, who would you put on the soundtrack?

good point Stayin Puft…as much as I like a lot of that kinda stuff I just wouldn't want to see the GB3 soundtrack turns into “Best of the 70s” wink It would make much more sense to have whats goin on today, whats hip now, kinda how GB2 capitalized on the growing rap scene…I'd rather see some less known up and coming bands with some familar stuff too.

And I would never see Dan Aykroyd doing a parody of “Nod ya Head” wink(Didn't take them long to put out the remix awhile back)

Death to wacky pop! No pop music of any kind on my GB3 soundtrack. Industrial, progressive, death rock, instrumental; all of the above would be present if someone let me come up with a GB3 CD.

And I wholeheartedly agree that Danny Elfman should be the composer to give a quirky, disturbing, and powerful score to Ghostbusters 3.

Can't we have both?

Anyway, I'd choose Will Smith for one song anyway.

metallica could do an awsome ghostbusters theme….

AC/DC would have to do some kind of song
(remember Big Gun from Last Action Hero, Who Made Who from Maxumum Overdrive, and Gone Shootin from Beavis and Butthead Do America?)

Alice in chains- get born again for the bill murray as a ghost

one of tommy lee's new songs thier all pretty good… thinking hold me down..

Ray Parker Jr's song helped make GB great, so get off pops back…

ray parker jr's song was great, pop isnt always bad

but if they took all of Rob Zombies songs, plus the songs from teh White Zombie era, they could have a kick ass soundstrack

with songs like Thunderkiss 65, Boogieman,

now we are in the era were pop starts dont just sing they also act, so we have the pop fans going to see the movies with the pop actors…

it would take one hella of a song to draw the pop crowd to Ghostbusters, Ghostbusters is one of the most popular if not the most popular movie theme all of time…
