Well, all I can say for sure is do some homework on him… checking up people's feedback on him and how prompt he is.

well he did email and told me it would be between 5 to 15 weeks for delivery depending on time, cost and other orders so i dont know if those numbers coinside with complaints of delivery times

There's no way I'm waiting 15 weeks(or nearly 4 months) for him to deliver my things.
