…MERRY CHRISTMAS, GHOSTHEADS!



I took several pics, but this one is the one that I am particularly proud of.

Note Louis is in there this year, trying to get into the picture and being upstaged by the toy chest! I'm so mean to the poor little guy… :p

Okay, what else? Oh yeah…Many thanks to Dreamstalker, wherever you are, for supplying me with the Proton Pack that Egon's wearing (the one with the yellow handle). And, of course, many thanks to all of you on GB.net, for being such good friends!

Are those real working Christmas lights on the firehouse?

Yes, they certainly are actual working christmas lights. They're better for use in wreaths and larger decorations (here, they're not quite the right scale, but they're excellent for $2.99.)


The light in the firehouse is one of those sticky taplights–“StickNClick” they're called. Wasn't sure how the LED would look (its light is almost cold compared to a regular light bulb) but it works just fine.

That's really awesome. I always love seeing peoples' GB toys out on display. I sure get a kick outta mine still. And, are Winston & Ray wearing XGB packs? I recognize the pack that Winston is wearing, it came with XGB Egon, right? The other pack I can't place (I only have Egon & Eduardo)….

Anyway, yeah, Merry Christmas! Thanks for the “present.”

Made me smile as I remembered a simpler time when I too decorated my firehouse so my GBs could celebrate Christmas.

The other one came from Roland (aka “Gary Coleman” ). Their “guns” came from a Mr. Freeze action figure–the one with a disc-firing jetpack, I think. The guns were originally blue, but I repainted them silver, and applied varnish to make the paint (a silver Sharpie!) stick.

That, and they're supposed to be “Slime Throwers” (I dislike the name “Slime Blowers” with a vengeance, for some reason). If anyone can come up with a recipe for a snap-on “pink slime” accessory, I'll be sure to include it next year.
