Hey man…

In my neighborhood there are tons of older style stores, that have toys in them.

Come down to the East Village, and shop around St. Marks….If you walk along 2nd avenue from about St.Marks down to around 4th street or so, even a lil bit lower there are a bunch of stores that are basically yard sales. They just are crammed with stuff, but I notice alot of older toys…Im always in there looking at 80's style transformers and crap on my walk home from work…

To get to where Im speaking about…Walk to 45-49th street on 7th Ave, and take the Yellow Line (N,R,Q,W) downtown to union square. When you get off, walk down broadway…there are thrift stores a plenty on that street like vintage jacks, while they mostly carry clothes, never know what your going to find. Once you get to 10th street…take a left and walk east down to second Ave, then continue to walk south (numbers will go down) Youll know when you hit St.Marks place…it gets REAL busy and youll see weird stuff on the sidewalks….like a huge cheeseburger…once you get into that, start going in every store you see. You never know what will be inside…

Be Cautious….it is manhattan….its going to be pricey. Ebay might be a better bet, Although after shipping and things considered on ebay, its about the same. Its very fashionable here in NYC to buy old stuff…its trendy to hit up vintage stores, so the stores raise up the prices..

If you need any assistance you can email me.

Good Luck…
