I think whoever posted this on ebay, made a typo, because this definitely has nothing to do with Ghostbusters, it's a resin prototype endo-skeleton arm from Terminator 2.(*peter)

Either that or intentionally put that there in the hopes of attracting more people to the auction… With the game and Anniversary on the horizon I would bet money auctions on ebay involving Ghostbusters has been on the rise

A lot of auction guys tend to put things in the title that don't have anything to do with the auction to get up more hype. I've seen auctions like “Vacuum NOT Ghostbusters prop” lol.
