For some of their towns, they made an alert 13years ago about their garbage site.
Today, they got their dustbin trucks paralized since 3 days in front of their site.
Full. No space. Their driver waiting day and night.
They made, in the past, a company to treat those garbage but they never activated it.

While the garbage rots in the vehicles, thousand of containers, with all kind of trash, sleep under the sky since years now.
Specialists say that it will take more than 10years to treat everything.
Before that, they'll need to open each container and let it dry to burn it.
For now, the town is crawling under all kind of stuff like a bad administrated simcity.

The mayor is powerless in front of the situation and begs the government to do something.
The problem is: corruption controls things.
