How do you get past the third or fourth level i can't remember which one it is but it is the one in the firehous i don't know what to do once you go downstairs. can anyone help me please??

You hit the switch on Janine's Desk, and jump over the desk, and run to the firehouse doors, out to the Ecto-1.
