Something that I haven't found out yet but maybe one of you guys know….who's doing the voice of Janine in the game? Annie Potts, Kath Soucie, Laura Summer, Pat Musick or someone completely new?
Going through the legal hoops to get someone's likeness and then not have them voice it seems like a waste of time.

Well, since they changed Janine's look so much from the very first time we saw her on screen, not to mention all the changes in the cartoon, I could see the developer making the change to avoid the legal loopholes and the pic I saw it didn't look as much like Janine as the guys likeness' does.
No matter what way I put this people will still think I'm an idiot for thinking it anyway.

I don't think there are any legal loopholes in the way anymore. Sony Pictures and all of the original actors have signed off that are in the game. At this point they can do what they want as long as everyone approves.

crappy screenshots are crappy.
The main reason she doesn't look like herself is her hairstyle. We've never seen Annie Potts in that hairstyle until now. In the early 90s, she had HUGE hair. Just look at Designing Women. We didn't feel that style fit ‘Janine’.
I did research on the fashion trends and what movie stars were big during that year. I then found a hairstyle that I felt would work best within videogame constraints as well as be a natural transition from GB2. We didn't want to push her as far as they did in GB 2 either. So we came up with a great compromise. That's the first outfit that you'll see her in.
Trust me though, I looked at the model again today, and it's Annie Potts no doubt. That screen shot has a lot going against it.

Perhaps you can provide us with a better screenshot of her? (And any other subsequent characters that haven't been seen in detail?)
