Trust me though, I looked at the model again today, and it's Annie Potts no doubt. That screen shot has a lot going against it.

You know Skankerzero, I like the way Janine looks. It's more modern than her earlier looks yet she still maintains her usual style.

What I am curious to see is how she behaves during the game such as her movement and dialogue. This to me is more important than her looks. If she acts and talks like Janine from the movie, then we can tell it is Janine.

The guys at NYCC said Slimer is sorta like he was in RGB to a degree, in that Egon uses him for tests and stuff.

Ah, that's ace! Good to recognise his appearance in GB2 a little.

not in any dodgy way, but I think this is the most exciting screenshot so far, for me. Yes, it could be an early render (the weird keyboard and such), but it shows so much love for the property. The GB's don't hang out in uniform all day, Janine has an ever evolving look, Slimer is knocking around in some capacity and the firehouse - something which could so easily have just been a cut scene the Ecto pulls out of - looks so instantly recognisable as to give me goosebumps. The other shots were all I wanted (ghostbusters in action had better look like ghostbusters in action - that was always a given), but this level of regard for what others may consider a small part of the franchise is more than I could ever have wished for.

june is almost 3 months away, it is gunna seem like a damn eternity lol i just cant wait to explore the firehouse and then officially catch my first ghost, something ive wanted to do since 4 years old lol

Slimer's back at headquarters!

I think this Janine's face looks very well like Annie Potts. It's another hair and another outfit, but remember how she's changed from the first to the second movie, but both of them being Annie. She changes all the time, it's tradition.

That's awesome that you put in a reference to “Return of the Ghostbusters”!

I suppose I can hold out a sliver of hope for a reference to our short-lived “Ghostbusters: The Animated Series”…

Awesome nonetheless! The more tiny little details that come out, the more I love to hear about them. Its truly amazing the care that's been taken with this game.
