Since the game is based on your training/joining the GB's, then I truely hope they don't forget character customization.

The best thing we can do is keep talking about it, so they know its important to us.

I think I will bust some bubble… I'm not “in” for a custom character.
It's not a bad idea. I just don't want to hear something like “oh, we could have done «this» or «that» in the game… but it was too much to fit on one disk”.

Yeah, if there's a customize option, let only the player choose between a man or a woman.

I don't follow, NewRecruit… what do mean exactly about ‘but it was too much to fit on one disk’?

Uh, I think that character customization could fit on one disk, I don't think that they'd make something that uses to many disk.

Exactly, The Sims 2, Neverwinter Nights, Hellgate London and Phantasy Star Online all managed to have character customisation without serious disk space usage.

Well if you get the game for computer you should be able to customize anything you want in the game. You can install new 3D models into just about any 3D game you want. All you need is the right tools and those can be just about always found on the internet.

I’m sure there will be a way to put the 3D ECTO-1 I’m currently working on in the game along with whatever else you want to put in, but only on computer is this all possible.

Well, heh, we're talking about right off the bat, kinda like the way you can customize your Morrowind/Oblivion character's looks and all.

BigMac, good call on the PC.

I doubt they'd do it, but they could keep releasing extras for it after its released.

Oh, I didn't know it was not heavy. Looking at “smackdown vs raw” custom character option, I thought that it took a lot of space.

I said that because I made a subject in the past, and someone said that my concept was a bit heavy to fit on one disk. Now that the game is on the making, I don't want to miss anything that is possible.
