I know what you mean. I had to bug the piss out of him before he sent me my patches. It took about 3 months…

this sounds out of order he should be prompt with sending things! you would think he would be greatful for the money!

If he doesnt send you the patches report him to the better business fraud agency. Give them all the info you have on him. E-mail and whatever. They're anal enough to go and find him and break his legs legally. Lol

Joseph is a very professional and reliable businessman. Because of his prestige reputation, he gets hundreds of orders which he must finish as soon as he can. If he doesn't get back to you, it's probably because he is extremely busy. Joseph is the kinda guy who cares for his business and makes sure evey customer is happy. He also doesn't take kindly to remarks like above, so if you can observe a little patience…that would be appreciable.

I would like to apologize to joseph i just called him a hour ago and i think i talked to his wife. a she said that they have had problems with their post office. so i hope to hear from him soon. :s

It was actually my Mother In Law you talked to.
I have sent this order out on Two occasions. I am sending it out again tomorrow; Priority mail with a signature delivery confirmation, so it if doesnt get there again, I will know WHO signed for it and Nick will have it. I will keep sending Nick patches till her recieves them, thats all there is to it.
and Yes sometime it takes a bit of time to get some orders shipped to people, but I always get them there.
One thing you need to remember is I make everything by hand (or machine) by myself and I have a lot of orders coming in and out. I have no one working for me. So if you aren't recieving something from me just email to keep your order on my mind 4-12 weeks is my delivery window.
