Just beat the game!

It's been a LONG time since I haven't been able to put a game down the way I did today and it felt so good. I just beat GB:TVG and I loved every second of it.

I beat it earlier today too on Experienced. I'm going to replay it on Professional and try to get all the artifacts since I missed a few the first time around.

That's what I did too. I wish Live would come back up so I could try the game again in my GB2 uniform.

I liked the ending….I also LOVED the credits where you hear the characters chatting about the fate of the rookie and offer him a chance to start a GB franchise somewhere else.

What they should do is have a sequel where you are starting a franchise in LA or Chicago, etc. Then you can introduce new characters and include that “squad command” that they initially had. Just have Dan and Harold edit the script for authenticity.

You'd basically have to give the rookie a personality. Not sure how I feel about that. I'd rather hear about them in the next game, not play as them…and just stay with the original GB's.

Well, it's at least an option if they want to make another game but can't get everybody back on board. I guess they wouldn't HAVE to give the rookie a personality, he could still be a silent protagonist and have a rag tag crew of junior Ghostbusters keeping the story going. I dunno, I'm not thinking about a sequel at this point, I'm still just loving what I just got.

Yeah Lion, that's what I meant; If they cannot get the OG team on board, then they could go in that direction. My guess is they could get Dan Aykroyd and Ernie Hudson to come on board regardless, but getting Bill Murray and Harold Ramis to do another game would be a stretch.

Yeah, since Winston and Ray seem like the more enthusiastic ones, they could take the role of mentors for another franchise. Would be cool if done right.

I also beat the game yesterday,couldn't put the controller down at all.Hell the only times I've put it down today is to use the bathroom and get something to eat,been playing online all day.
