Yeah, exactly, which is why I didn't even pre-order a copy. I didn't want to be tied down to one store because the same thing always happens, it becomes available earlier at another location or retailer.

was thinking i could go get my money back and get the pc version somewheres else, but i do want the t-shirt from GS. only reason i pre-order from a store. was going to pre-order at Gamecrazy too, for the stay puft figure, but strapped for cash. had to move that pre-order to another game.(;_

edit: not sure if they give you your money back, or it can only go towards another game.

I recorded mine on my cell phone and sent it to my buddy via text message and he was convinced to go buy it tonight. I will upload it if someone can show me where to upload audio for free.

Don't feel too bad. I pre-ordered and the only call I got today was about consolidating my credit card debt.

Got mine, today as well.

I almost wet myself, because I was half asleep and thought for a few seconds it really was him. XP

It was when he said “speaking to you through the miracle of 16-bit digital voice recording” that I realized what was going on.

Again, in my defense, I was half asleep.

Huh, he said the same things in mine but he seemed to emphasize different words in my version. I guess there are several versions of the recording being used (or I just remember it incorrectly).
