Just one little suggestions for the mods

K im not complaining about u guys k i was just thinking maybe some mods can watch over the GB1 disscusion and thats all they do is, and some more can watch GB3 disscussion and ect.. like make 3 mods per forum

That would require alot more mods then what we allready have? Are saying this so Chad would need more mods?

we have enough mods, there is like 20 of em, and I dont think that it would be a good Idea to assign 3 mods a forum or whatever… it just wouldent work out, some forums Ie. Ghostbusters disscussion and Mics forums are 100 times more busy than GB doom or Fanfic forums.

i dont know about most mods but i keey a eye out on all new topics, excpet the ones that dont really intrust me or ones we dotn recive a e-mail about, but the ones i dont go into usly have a post by another mod, anytiem a new post is made its listed under “todays new post” or something like that and i have that set as my home page so any time i oen my browser i can see the post and try and keep a eye out constantly.

20? lol I'd venture to say there are 9 or 10 active moderators maybe that are the regularly checking the board most of the time. Otherwise I don't see a good bit of them, hate to say it but it doesn't really help if they don't moderate! :d There are 21 though I believe.

I believe assigning certain people to certain areas means some forums might be neglected. It works at another board I go to, but those are different people. The only suggestion I can think of is for people to actually read the complaints and mod email and respond so I don't feel like I'm always talking to myself. :u lol

regardless there is like 20 mods regulars or not. and I would consider 10 out of the 21 mods to be active.

A couple of mods have been given special duties…for example, I run the fanfiction board. I approve fanfictions. Chad basically said “It's your show.” I try very hard to live up to his expectations, and take my job seriously….there is usually at least one mod on at any time…that's enough.

I tend to moderate Misc and Props more than anything else…mostly because Zack beats me to to everything else

I float all over the board, and check alot of the ones with new posts for the day. I mainly keep track of the franchise, misc., and site suggestion area.

I see whos online and check out there recent postings. we wanna keep this place clean. the opposite of my room.
