I don´t know where to put this thread, so if you wanna move it, it´s ok.

I just bought a used Kenner Ghost Trap… never had one when I was a child… and it´s really a great toy.

Well, I now have the entire uniform and equipment for my soon-to-born son, but I dunno how it´s supposed to carry on the trap… I thought it was hanged on the left side of the proton pack (the opposite to the proton gun side), but it isn´t. Though I found this “clip” below the trap… what is it for? I´m afraid of pulling it or pushing it and break it.

The clip is so you can hook it ‘round your waist.

It attaches to the Proton Pack’s gun-hook by means of the handle, but I would seriously not recommend this, especially not with a nearly 30-year-old toy. I've gone through about three traps, all of which have broken handles.

The foot pedal, too, is susceptible to breakage from age, wind, and weather. The latex cracks, and the pedal loses air pressure, which means the doors don't respond as well as they would when it was first new.

The trap it´s a pretty good shape for being a 25+ years old toy, the handle it´s a little loose, so I won´t use it to hang on the trap onto the pack. I rather clip it on the belt.

You're quite welcome. In fact I think you're supposed to clip it onto the belt…the Pack came first, and the trap was done much, much later on. Too bad they didn't design both at the same time.
