To be honest, at times it's more annoying than anything, but you have brought up a couple good points here and there.

I pick and choose what I feel is a valid complaint and ignore those I feel are nit picking, not important, or not accurate because you lack the insiders knowledge.

*Henceforth why I apologized…And I realize I don't have that “insider's knowledge”, as I'm not in the gaming field, which is why I'm glad that we have an open dialogue here [I.e. “guy whos working on game in question” to “over-obsessive fan” and vice-versa]…This is how I find out those things, such as “why you couldn't use ‘product z’ in the game”…

*Otherwise we'd be like “why the ‘F’ did they do that?!” at any random thing we see “wrong” come playing the game on it's release…At least we have someone “in the know” that can answer these questions up-front…And possibly correct those deemed fit to correct before it's release…

*And I not unlike "mdp872105" commend you and your team for listening to us fans in the first place…Letting us help shape at least a margin of the final product, to which IMHO is already a masterpiece thanks to you and the rest of Terminal Reality…And not shutting us said fans out like alot of the major companies/studios/corporations when regarding a beloved and revered franchise such as Ghostbusters…Think of all the crappy adaptations of ill-handled IP's that could have been saved had they listened to or petitioned the fans for their input? Especially those fans of the “die-hard” ilk?

*Alot of us eat/breathe/sleep this franchise , and we just want to see everything done 100% to what we know as “Ghostbusters”…And yes, some fans, like myself, do go overboard abit sometimes…We can't help that we love GB as much as we do…It's in our blood…And it shows …Just look how 90% of us just ripped IDW a new asshole for their treatment of the GB IP with their “The Other Side” mini-series of comics…It's not because we are intentionally “mean” or “crass” - It's just that they didn't have a grasp on the franchise…Aesthetically or otherwise…

*You guys have got it down pat…The feel, the mythos, the excitement, the story, the action, the voice acting…And especially the look…And being as though it's the “total package” already, and there is extra time, tweaking the “little bits” just makes it that much better…For me, if something visually is screwy, it takes that little bit of the experience out for me…Which is why I'm so vocal about my “gripes”, however petty…Believe you me, I'm going to have a field day with the PS2/Wii/DS iterations of the game as far as “visuals” go …Though I don't have that open dialogue with anyone at Red Fly…

*Anyways, I thank you and your team again for being patient with us, and keeping an open-ear..er eye on what's been said here …Trust me we ALL appreciate it…And hey - It makes us feel that much more a part of the game!!

*I promise not to be so grating on the nerves next-time though (*peter):pOr at least try not to…

*Cheers.

I noticed one thing about the ecto-traps. The ones in the movies have 9 strips, 5 black 4 yellow. The one in the games has 6: 3 yellow, 3 black. So this reduction of 3 strips automatically make the trap different? Or is there more to it that I am not seeing?

*See this is where it gets “fuzzy” with me…I realize that if one's going to use, let's say an RGB ghost in a “movie based” adaption, such as a game, or comic they have to pay for the usage of that particular design, as it's not what was licensed to them originally, and would be something “extra”…

*But being as though this is a “movie based” game - Therefore encompassing the two movies, and everything there-in, why would they have to change a SONY-owned design - being as though it was the movie property that was licensed to them in the first place - in order to use it in it's un-altered form? It's not like they are borrowing it from another company's IP or even another iteration of the franchise itself such as EGB…

*I's confused…Though honestly I think it's more of a design choice rather than a “copyright compromise”…

*Cheers.

They've done some really nice rendering on the characters in bringing out their personalities.

It looks great.
