If we send a title and send another one later, becose this topic is: ‘the last movie you watched’, does it means we lied in our first post? :p

Zedd
Night Of The Living Dead (remake)

The only good part about that movie was Tony Todd….mmmmmm Tony Todd! He hugged me you know!

I like both the original and the remake equally, they're both great flicks.

Last two movies I saw were The Road Warrior and The Hidden (caught them both on cable).

King Kong - that new one and it SUCKED SO FREAKING BAD! I'm so disappointed in Peter Jackson. I'll never be able to look at Bad Taste the same way again!

Fire In The Sky

Got the DVD too (only $9.99 at Best Buy). The Alien experiment scene is still one of the most terrifying and unnerving movie scenes ever.

I loved the beginning with the video archives, made to put you in the ol'time.

But I think it's the only thing I realy liked in the movie.

The fact that Kong was the last of his race was not bad. Also where they say Kong liked to take arms and legs off of his victims: not killing the lady, it can mean he grew up a little :p .

I hated JurassicPark in KingKong. And I think the scene with the falling dinosors is a big joke! It's like someone said: “Hey, imagine that” and someone answered:“Yes, let's do that. On the big screen, it will look awesome!” Yes, it's spectacular… but completly stupid. And come on, like the raptors is stupid enough to run between their legs! Even humans wouldn't stand a chance!

I loved the scene with the dark tribe. But I don't think they would let a child in front of strangers. It's not becose you're a tribal that you don't have brain! And a bit too much vodoo if you ask me. And give me a break: don't tell me the poor lady wouldn't have her arms broken after Kong took her!

The boat scene was nice. Searching for the island, the floor of the sea. Very nice! A bit poor the scenes where, each time, the captain comes to save them.

And I hated the bug scene :@ It's very stupid. Intelligent for this type of island but stupid. The guys behind the FX must have said: “We'll start with little bugs, just to show how dangerous they can be and, after that, we hit the audiance with larger bugs! Imagine their faces!” Ok, it's maybe an old concept but it works ok BUT: where the hell are the first bugs when the larger comes? Don't tell me they were afraid! And I don't think you can kill all the bugs from one area of an island… even if it's giant bugs! Now, the nightmare scene where the cooks is sucked dry! Now that was disgusting and very poor. I don't get it. I just don't understand how his other arm can't reach for the thing (maybe I need to view that again). And don't tell me none of his companions wasn't capable of helping him; not in a movie where a captain from nowhere can come to save you!

What I like in Kong: you cannot take that thing for you friend. You cannot feel feeling for him. You can be happy he's there to save your ass. But nothing more. You are his toy, the thing he likes to keep becose it's enterteining and good for the eyes. That was what I liked: it's real.

But yes, you can have feeling for him when they take him to the city. Far from his home, in a place where he will die becose there's nothing for his survival, not for a giant monkey, he become the toy of the humans curiosity and the moneywheel.

Now aren't they STUPID? Even if your friends died, it's enough to say: I don't want that nightmare to fall on my city! Be realistic Jackson. It's your movie! It is called “Peter Jackson's KingKong”. There's just no new material! You could have find something better to take Kong to the city. Like making him swim with anger to reach the boat that try to escape to the city! I know it's weird, but it's less weird than the idea of taking the thing to the city after all what you survived! It's supposed to be a new concept :p

And the monky is so big, they skipped the scene where they take the animal on the boat! I think they should have killed Kong in the jungle when he lost consciousness. That would do it!

Well, on the end, Kong dying becose he is too old is a good idea. It's new. The logic of the movie? Animals like to play with humans, humans like to play with animal! Mass hysteria!

A movie to wait until he comes on your cabletv. A lot of idea from the old KingKong are also in it. Action movie.

I love how they took white people and painted them black too look like natives. Ya thats smart. And really its just a story about how a girl in comedy wants to teach a monkey to laugh and the monkey lets her know - its ok to be sad sometimes!
