I'm looking for the new 2004 series by 88mph.
(*peter)
However if i could get some of those older 1980's comics by marvel i'd be over the moon!

By the way are the 1980's comics like the old GB series, you know the one like the realGB cartoons from the eighties

If so i think i got tonnes of them in the loft, some of which i never read!
There was once a friend of mine who lived in lancashire, he sent me some every week. I used to pay around about 10/20 pence per comic!

Those were the days!
Even petrol was £1 a galon!

You have RGB comics in your loft which you don't read! :-O

That's almost as shocking as my dad telling me I have a proton pack and trap in the loft! If only I could scale ladders without falling…

I'm looking for the new 2004 series by 88mph.

You could scour eBay for the singular issues, but that could be time consuming and may not give you the whole run, although there's the ability to purchase the trade book which would in some ways be better then owning the seperate issues if you didn't already have them (I'm getting the book anyway, but if you got it you'd have the whole story arc together at once).

However if i could get some of those older 1980's comics by marvel i'd be over the moon!

The 1980s comics vary in rarity. The Marvel ones seem to be pretty frequent on eBay UK, and are based on RGB, however the humour is not the same lever of that of the show and they don't have any of the established villians, so only collect it if you're really interested. The NOW series is a lot closer to the show both humour wise and their knowledge of previous cartoon events is a lot better then Marvel, but they are a lot harder to find on eBay UK.

I'm not happy.

The onoing series, for all intents and purposes, is not going to happen.

The Legion hardcover, which was supposed to see release this summer, remains unpublished. I expected it long before now.

I can understand that delays happen and problems arise, but even my patience is being taxed to its' limits.

It'd be easier to accept the hardcover delay if the ongoing were being published.

So, Seb, how soon until the Legion hardcover is shipped? Throw me a frickin' bone here! I'm the boss, need the info.

There was no official date given for the Trade publishing, so technically speaking it has not missed a shipping date.

None of us are thrilled over the wait, but there's been other stuff to keep us occupied as… after all, there's more to life then waiting for a comic book.

Well. That sucks. But why is no one admitting that direct to us? Bastards.

I'm, still not happy.

It's now offically Fall, which means the GB hardcover is offically late.

No ongoing, no Hardcover and not a word from 88MPH in 2 months.

Considering the hype surrounding the HC, I don't think it's too much to ask that it come out on time.

If this goes on for much longer, I might just have to cancel my order, and I don't want to do that.

So, Seb, how about an update, at least?

I think if someone from 88MPH Studios could drop a quick note on all this situation, then maybe some people might stop freaking out about all this… I ordered my copy of the HC too, and yes I am a little bit tired of waiting as well, but I don't see a point on complaining… I just think it would help a lot of people if someone could give an update on the book…
