Sorry guys, I hate to be pimping the flick everywhere but since the old thread is up with the digital angels now…

What are your thoughts about League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (opening July 11th)? Looking forward to it?

i really want to see this, it looks great. literary heros from great novels and a comic made into a movie! how much more oculd i ask for?

I wish I could say I had a lot of faith that this movie will be good, but the ad campaign is leaving me worried.

Anyone who hasn't read the comic has barely any idea what it's going to be about based on the trailers, save that Sean Connery is the lead and it has a vampire chick, the invisible man, Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde, and a dude with a turban and a big, weird submarine. Honestly, would it really be too much trouble for them to give the characters' names on-screen like the X2 trailer did?

I never heard of the LXG before this movie started getting promoted, but I can't wait ta see it!

Looking forward to it. I just finished reading King Solomon's Mines, so I'll get to see how Quatermain is depicted.
