Well, we could all have a similar paranormal experience that draws us to the west coast and Peter. Somehow we all know things about each other that no one else knows. That's just a suggestion so just take it with an open mind.

Hollywood eh? Maybe we can work something out that my character was once an animator for Disney. Or still is.

And as a big fan of Disney comics (Don Rosa, William Van Horn, and of course the legendary Carl Barks (RIP)) I love the idea of you working for Disney. (Gemstone is coming!!! It's almost as exciting to me as the 88MPH Ghostbusters revival!!!)

Coming up with a way to link all ten of us together is the tricky part. Some of us would presumably know each other, but not all. But having only some of us directly affected by a supernatural event and the others drawn into it through the ones they know might lead to fights over who gets to be directly affected and who doesn't.

I have started to write a little conjectural mood-setting lead-in. It will not neccessarily be canon, that depends on the final form of the story and what you guys think of it, but I hope to have it ready to show to you guys in a couple of days. (Again, the Real Job)

Doses anyone have an idea of how we should meet up and become ghostbusters ?

So far I have plotted for both Jiggs and my character, so far. We both were involved in a paranormal accident and a patient was going under the knife for cardiac arrest, they try to get the patient on life support, the paranormal being or ghost caused the mahine to malfuntion, and the patient dies. They both get fried from their Hospital, until they both meet a yuonger Gentleman, named Dr. Joey Williams and Dr. Andy Harness.

This is all I have for mine and Jigg's characters.

Well, for me. I could doing some animation at the studio and some paranormal events cause problems working on the film and Disney has to call Dr. Joe Williams and he discovers I have some interest in the field of parapsychology.

I said similar, not exactly the same one. For all I know, we could all have a psycic premonition and are compelled to go to california, or we could all be past “clients” of the gb's and when they showed up at our houses, we started to ask a lot of questions about their work and equipment.

I love these ideas, keep them coming. This team is going to be a blast to work with, I'm glad everyone here joined. I had a little idea of how we could meet. We are all at a big event (suit & tie thing). We are in the audience (i was thinking of a movie premier due to peter venkman being involved with hollywood and such). During the event an apparition could appear and start causing panic while all ten of us plus peter will join together(unknowing eachother) to drive the ghost away somehow without proton packs(you know sort of just like all ten of us are born leaders so we jump up to help). Peter would tell us what to do though being the most experienced with the paranormal and then afterwards he would say yeah there have been a lot of paranormal activity out here, we should send a team up, hey why dont you guys do it, ill get the boys to send you the stuff and provide you with some petty cash etc.

(just a thought that popped into my brain)
