Ok getting very a nnoyed with this part at the moment. When you get to the part where the stairs break off, the set of stairs that I'm trying to get to me the set connected to a platform, if so is that the right set of stairs or am I looking at the wrong thing altogether?

I'm really not getting how you're having such a hard time with this, it was simple!

So is there a staircase hovering above you with book monsters making their way down it? If so you have to attach the platform you're standing on to it.

I think I know the platform that you're on about, it's the one with the ghosts flying out on top of it, the only problem is that it won't come to me. Been trying it for ages and have now gotten fed up with it, any help would be nice.

Use the slime tether to pull it over to you. Tether the edge of the platform first, then tether that to a spot on the ground near your feet.
