Well that was fast… Clavet responded to my claim within an hour, and has mailed out my items with a tracking number. He said in his message in the PayPal dispute that he was out of the stay-flat envelopes required to ship the items and that he was sending them out today via Express Canadian Post.
I'll say I'm happy with the result, as he did respond.
I simply recommend that if anyone has any trouble contacting him to use the PayPal dispute feature. Its nothing more than a way for PayPal to track that you are in fact trying to resolve the issues you're having and it works in your favor. If he were to never respond and not send anything, I'd have escalated it to a claim, but he did respond and everything went fine.
