I dont think Ray has necessarily any business in it. But I know I do, and sadly to admit it, he has a point. All these new trigger happy mods are feeling like they have to exert theyre power. Im Not talking about the guys like you Zack, I mean the rookies. Its freakin terrible.

Thanks….I think. Anyway, the regulars are doing a good job, but these new ones have to learn. Someone should teach them how to do their job…

Man, I havent locked anything yet, (mainly cause others beat me to it) but I dont feel the need to lock everything with a “Naughty word” or any of that. Man, i take offense to this “Newbie” stuff. Not everyone is terrible, but to debate is pointless, Ill just take it and continue what ive been doing, moderating. Thank you

Dude, you guys arnt listening to him just cause hes a horrible horrible member. But listen to me, I seriously think that some of the rookie mods have been locking things that are completely unwarranted.

almost all of these threads in this forum were locked by mods that were here before any of us got elected so… I dont see what his point is about any of us going lock crazy, I know I myself have only locked two threads since being a mod and both were warrented. give me an example of ALL these unwarrented locked threads.
