Ah, wasn't that much. The lights are held on the sides of the Firehouse with 3M COMMAND hooks. The keychain I've had for a long time, and the decorations were extremely cheap to come by–the tree, for example, cost only $3 in Sears. (Yes, there's a tree inside there. Too bad you can't see it, because it's so dark in there. Perhaps I should fix it on Christmas Day when I get my first chance.)

A note to Sinister: Just thought I'd mention that there was no room to put a light under the Christmas tree.
I quickly hit upon a solution by allocating an unused Tap Light and sticking it in the Firehouse, right where there's a small half-circular hole leading to the second floor. And thus you can see the Christmas tree in all of its glory.
