Does anyone think that MIB2 will be as good as the origional? Do you all think that a GB cameo will be in this movie. I do not think so because Murray would probably not do it and Aykroyd would not want to do it because sony would not make GB3.

I think that the idea was made with purely money involved. Even with that involved i think it will be a good movie. Though iit does perplex me how tommy lee is coming back

If anyone knows any places for previews post 'em

I disliked the original MIB. Barry Sonnefeld (the director) had some hit and misses in the past…and with MIB…I just don't know. It capitalized on alot of pop-culture at the time, so naturally people liked it and it was a success. The film had the same offbeat dark humor that's very characterisitc of Mr. Sonnefeld (and Burton…who's far more talented), but despite it's tongue-in-cheek attitude towards the whole alien conspiracy thing, the movie falls short. To be more specific, it's anti-climactic. It just ends. No buildup…no rising deneumont'. People saw and went “cool…Will Smith fought aliens in Independence Day, now he's doing it again…but it's a joke!!! Yippee!!!” Ho-hum. Someone call me when Cameron makes True Lies 2…

Actually, MIB did have a climax… it builds up builds up and builds up… to a big exploding space ship. Then it winds down by getting rid of Kay and leaving the movie on the note of Jay being an agent and taking care of things. I liked the movie, not because of will smith, but because it was entertaining. Most people who critique fictional movies seldom sit back and realize it's just fiction, it's meant to entertain, and it's not supposed to be serious or follow a normal path. That's what makes them funny. Or they just like a different kind of movie(whether by director or genre).

I do believe MIB 2 will be much better than the first, simply because the trailer seems more entertaining to me. However, the trailer is usually misleading so I'll have to wait until June to see.

I don't think there will be a GB cameo in any movies very soon, simply because all of the original actors are a lot older and over weight(or just don't wanna do it, in Murray's case). But here's another question, what would the GB cameo be if there were one? I haven't the slightest clue why they would have a cameo role.

Anyone who doesn't know where to see the MIB2 trailer can go to the partially finished MIB2 page at Sony

Funny thing is that a while ago, Dan Ackroyd was saying that a third GB movie wouldn't happen for the same reason that a sequel to MIB would not be made, because the principal parties just weren't ready to commit. Now there's an MIB sequel and they'll never be a third GB movie.

Wasn't there a GB cameo by Ackroyd in another ghost related movie awhile back? I forget what one.

Ghostboy13 Dan Aykroyd made a cameo as Ray in Casper.

In MiBII the bring Tommy Lee or Kay back by using a new divice called a de-nuralizer
