And you know what? You're not the anger police. You may not like anger appearing on this forum but you can't stop it from materialising because it's a common human emotion, especially when your attempts to control it and prevent it from happening only go to strengthen it.

There are also shades to anger, and some of them can not only be reasonable under the circumstances, some can even be carthatic. And as to why I haven't ‘disciplined’ him it's pretty simple, I don't see grounds for any discipline to be dealt out against Peter. He wasn't threatening or attacking the person, it wasn't really inappropriate behaviour, so you expect me to punish him because he raised his voice?

I'm sure the other Moderators would have reacted the same. Peter's actions may fall under the ‘negative post’ part of the rules… but to be perfectly honest, a number of the rules are really silly ones, and really are in need of being redrafted.

I'm also disappointed that you're trying to make me somehow responsible in part of this new spat you're having with Peter. Despite our own issues I didn't enter this topic with an axe to grind against you. Sadly you had to make this matter personal. I've told you on several occasions that if you had a problem with me then you had the ability to report me to Chad. I cannot be held responsible if then you don't take that suggestion and then do something that you don't like.

You're told to take it to Private Message because despite some of the rules being silly, one of the valid ones is keeping a forum topic on-topic.

Only an Administrator can ban a person, and I can't just ban a person just because I don't like them, that's not how this forum is run. However if you're so eager to encourage it, then why don't you just leave?

Now. I suggest you stop worrying about people voicing anger and leave the job of making sure it's not getting unreasonable to the Moderators. That's what the Moderators are here for. Now take your own advice and please make sure your next post here has an auction link in it.
