I know that they belong as a team, and always will. but out of the 4 who is the most valuable asset to the staff of Ghostbusters?

Winston, he's the level-headed guy most people can relate to (not being a scientist) but smart in his own sense

I thought they all lent something different but essential to the group.

Ray - the Heart of the Ghostbusters

Peter - the sarcastic, get the job done guy

Egon - the smart, builds the equipment, guy

Winston - the connection to the audience

I partial to Ray. He has more heart than the lot of them put together, as well as brains to go with it. and so what if he choose the form of the Ghostbusters destruction (stay puft marshmellow man), everybody has to have a flaw in their file somewhere.
