I know how important it is to take pictures, Spengler. As a matter of fact, I should take pictures of my ECTO-1A job, now that I've put the new and better stickers on it.
(I'll apologize in advance for the rearmost sticker saying "CALL JL4-2020". That wasn't my fault; that was on the sticker sheet I got.)

But theres no ‘'how to’' when you do that kind of project i think
you start with nothing and improvise 
I mostly use wood to build the different props, popcycle stick and wood cylinder of different size.
The Kenner car wasnt proprotionnal to the real Ecto so i didnt take care much of the proportion of the props.

Too late…I've already attached the stickers. Oh well, I suppose that, since mine isn't even intended to be film-accurate anyway, that it's just one more little difference.

Actually, I was just thinking…could you by any chance modify the sheet so that the orange AND white license plates read ECTO-1B? I've been meaning to work on my Video Game custom, but Real Life has prevented me from doing so. Also, I bought a set of *transparent* printable sticker-sheets at Office Max, and I've been dying to test them and see how they turn out.
(Yes, I do know about the EDIT button. I just felt a new post using the same quote would be a bit better.)
