Sorry to say you haven't got the right episode, but that was definately a decent guess.

The clue is more in the wording, then a specific event it relates to. There's a specific word.

If it's too convoluted I'll drop another clue soon.

I'm stuck here…problem is I don't know what you mean when you say it's the wording rather than a specific event. Did this episode actually have anything to do with malfunctioning electronics?
