Well, firstly, the Jnr Ghostbusters didn't appear in a halloween story until When Halloween was forever 2 1/2, and even then that was their only Halloween spot.

Sorry, it is neither the Jnr Ghostbusters or a Halloween episode.

Your United Way clue Kingpin makes me wanna say Janine's Genie for some reason. I mean I just can't shake that your clue refers to an airline/airplane. As for the quote you posted though that's still got me stumped (;_ :-(

I'm gonna take a crack at this, finally, and say it's the airline that lost the guys proton packs from the episode Play them Ragtime Boos. I won't post a quote until I'm absolutely sure.

Could it possibly be Sticky Business, Kingpin? I mean in that one the guys were helping out a children's ward of a hospital and the TV crew offered to pay the hosptial a good sum of money if the guys got “the big guy” out as a treat for the kids. Whether it is that ep or not I still don't know who said the quote.
