I believe that was said by Winston in The Haunting of Heck House?

This episode was a not so great rip off of a combination of Shirley Jackson's The Haunting of Hill House (the book that both movie versions of The Haunting (with the 1999 remake being absolute garabage) were based on) and The Legend of Hell House with Roddy McDowell considering the title combines the title of both of those movies with “Heck” in place of both “Hill” and “Hell House”.
