Thanks for help with the signiture pictures!

I'm not all that computer literate and I want to know why when I save a picture from the internet and then go to my picture to view it and click on it it says “no preview available” so why does it act fine for some pictures and wierd for others. How can I fix those pictures, what I have to do?
