Need some serious help.

The game wont start. It starts to run and then a window comes up. It says
“ZDOOM Fatal Error”
W_GetNumForName: PLAYPAL Not Found. If anybody knows how to fix it, tell me.

i am having the smae error after i downloaded from ghostbusters.net. i did unzip the file but it still dosen't work.

If theres anyone there who knows whats wrong, reply asap
