Oh wow, nice art! I think they ain't gonna make us ooooold fans disappointed. I have the feeling they won't translate and release it in this little country, but I'll try order it from overseas. Whoa, does it ever show up HERE, guess who's put herself in charge of everything - for free.

Anyone know who's gonna release the comic? I need a name badly! I said 88MPHstudios to the retailer who's gonna help me and he just looked dumbfounded. Isn't it Marvel or NOW or something like he heard of? Some bigger company? Please? I'm getting the creeps, maybe I can't get the comic! This is scary! Damn being a big fan in the wrong corner of the world!

When I applied as a penciler I said I'd help them writing plots as I have lots of experience - they didn't answer. Now that's rude. Maybe I'll blow a fuse because of the plot. Hope hope hope they do a good job!

Most likely they didn't answer about your saying you could do writing is because they considered it in the wrong submission.

Legally, as soon as people start bringing up story ideas, it's best for them to not talk. It's nothing personal, they just can't take any unsolicited ideas…so it's best to discourage people giving them out.

As for distribution, well…sad to say they're only technically going to be available in North America currently. Sebastien has said as much. Print rights overseas (from here) are kinda tricky, as a lot of times there are separate companies involved, that must be negotiated with on an individual basis…that gets really expensive for a smaller company like 88MPH. Not to say it won't EVER happen, but as of now it's not the case. Your best bet is to set up a deal with someone else here on thoe boards, or through one of the on-line retailers that will ship overseas.

Thanks for the reply. I didn't really think they'd answer about helping out with plots and details, but I couldn't stop myself offering my services once I was applying as a penciler.

This means I can't get it through the overseas comic dealer guy, since he only can get stuff from the bigger companies.

I'm devastated. This is horrible. Don't they understand we are many fans not living in the US? There was a new rule like a decade ago saying you can't get comics and magazines from the States. I had a subscription and they just cancelled it.
