I am a legitimate employee of the BBC, working as a Researcher. We often go on forums for our shows, as forums are the places where the most passionate fans are.
The link should work - it may have warned you about the content, as it is just a Google Doc that I created myself so I could share the info about the show easily on the web - but it is safe.
Please take a look at the flyer again and if you do have the urge to apply as individuals or as a team, just email uniquetalent@bbc.co.uk and we will send you back an application form.
Of course, some of the challenges on the show are going to be a little off the wall - but with regards to fans of certain movies, comics, games etc, it can be as crazy or straightforward as you like. As long as it is challenging ie not too easy for you, and entertaining, then you are onto a winner.
