Having a prototype pack sitting around like a doorstop would be funny enough.

I don't think they'd need to all out reference the rookie and alienate the audience that didn't play the game.

No one thinks there won't be a new cast. We all know that there's going to be. Its pretty highly publicized at this point.

Until it's officially announced, any list of actors supposedly in line to start should be taken with a pinch of salt.

Said it already in other threads too, but no… you did not find this out, cuz its not true. There will be new rookies, with names, but they will not be the same character as the video game rookie, because he is supposed to be you.
