The Chef that appears on the 360 cover appears more “wacky” then sinister… and as the Stay Puft art is identical on both pieces, it doesn't seem a huge leap of logic they put the wrong ghost on the wrong cover if the covers are being produced by a third party that's getting media from both productions.

Not to break up the conversation about the Chef, but I personally prefer the plain black cover with the logo alone.

The same could be said about Slimer. Slimer is not THAT scary and is more whacky with his weird bulbus eyes and the big mouth. He is even comical at times. I loved the scene where he is drinking the wine or whatever….I laugh all the time at that scene.
Like I said, some ghost are wacky and a little weird because of a few things. Reading into the paranormal, the more violent the death, the more sinister the ghost it can become to even become a type of poltergeist.
How violent is a death when someone eats themselves to death? If that is how Slimer died when he was human.
Heck, if Skankerzero says it is not from the Wii version….then I believe him.
