New features, anyone?

I wouldn't mind seeing all of the following features utilized on this board:

-Youtube videos directly in posts
-A kudos system for your posts (so as to gauge just how badly you're pissing people off)
-A salad bar

Can it be done?

They can be done most assuradly, will they be done - I dunno. I know the youtube thing is very likely as well as a change in scenery.
