Oh that feels good watching that trailer! After living on repeats and re-runs for nearly 20 years I cant describe how great it is to see the original GB's in a brand new adventure. Its like being re-united with some long lost buddies, and the best part is that its a game, I can actually take part and *bust* ghosts as a member of the team.

Hands down this has got to be one of the best game traliers I have ever seen.

Everything looks as it should, plus hearing the actors voices at last has got me counting the days til June 2009. I can't wait to get a copy and start busting ghosts. I am also thinking about getting the PC version since the last time I played a computer game of this type was in 1999/ 2000.

I don't like that huge turret-like thing on top of Ecto. It makes the car look unbalanced among all the equipment on the roof. I think it would be better it was just a chair with a proton pack attached to it and not something that looks like a refrigerator.

As far as we can tell the big thing on the roof is some sort of tank, not a turret.

I think it's class - i was a bit disappointed when the Ecto seemed to have downgraded to it's earliest incarnation in the initial concept art. We've come to expect some upgrade and calling it the Ecto-1B is a stroke of genius. Two reasons why the unwieldyness works for me beyond this:

1. GB movie equipment is always unwieldy, primarily because it is homemade, banged together stuff, and crucially…

2. …it's funny! Ecto-1A was hilarious! The scrolling marquees were one of the funniest little touches in GB2, so it's nice to see that tradition continued by sticking a bloody great vat on the roof!

I'm so glad the developers seem to have respected the comedy aspect of the movies, as that seems to have been the thing my casual GB fan mates were most turned off by upon hearing here would be a video game - “yeah, but it won't be funny!”. Good on you, computer game chaps!

Stroke of genius? Hardly. Its a natural progression. First it was Ecto-1, then Ecto-1A, so naturally the next one would be Ecto-1B.

If this is a stroke of genius than more than half the GB community are geniuses, since everyone and their mother has come up with an incarnation of the Ecto-1 followed by a letter.

The Ecto 1-B model is pretty cool looking although the two round lights on the top of the car are red when they should be blue.

Its still early and they may add some things but I want to fix the lights, make that turret/tank thing smaller or at least lay it on its side, let us drive it

Early nothing, the game was near completed before a certain stupid company dropped it. The tank thing, whatever it is looks fine sticking up the way it does, as for the lights, I didn't see a problem

Also, how many times has it been said that the only time you'll drive the car is on the DS version, the other versions have a mission with it, but you're protecting the car, not driving it.
